Hello! My name is Julie DeLap, and my husband Kyle and I have lived in the Coulee Region area most of our life, choosing to raise our family in this stunning area of the country. In 2014, I became a Real Estate Agent to help people achieve their real estate dreams and goals; whether you are buying or selling, I believe in building relationships with my clients for the long term. I am currently licensed to buy and sell property in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.

I believe in thinking ‘outside the box’ when I am selling a home or land, or searching for that perfect home; this has helped me tremendously in becoming successful in what I do. I have direct experience helping people buy homes, sell properties, relocate for their career, expand or liquidate their rental portfolio, and more. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, a recent retiree, starting a young family, an empty nester or just someone who is passionate about their real estate dreams, I am here to help! I also have experience working with people going through unfortunate circumstances like divorce, a death in the family or foreclosure; I can help you navigate the legal pitfalls but, more importantly, I can empathize with the emotional struggles these situations can cause.  Let me help you relieve that stress.

A lifelong learner, I stay current on all real estate trends in our area and nationwide: I am a member of the WRA(Wisconsin Realtor’s Association), the NAR(National Association of Realtors), LARA (La Crosse Area Realtors Association) and I’ve earned both my certifications as a RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and a Foreclosure Expert through the WRA. I pride myself on being a source of knowledge in the real estate industry and I enjoy mentoring other agents as they embark on their own real estate journey.

I am first and foremost a people person; Real Estate is a people business. I try to build meaningful relationships with my clients and I believe that clear and effective communication is the most important aspect of a client-agent relationship. I'm always available for questions and will carefully guide you through all aspects of your real estate deal!
